NIT Tenure-Track System

We have administrated Center for Innovative Young Researchers mainly subsided by the program of “Fostering young and innovators by industry-academia-government collaboration” adopted as the project” Improvement of research environment for young researchers” in 2009

 After the program finished, we were voluntarily organizing “the cultivation center” by the new program named “Program to Disseminate Tenure Tracking System” which was adopted in 2013, obtaining our external fund (competitive funds and private research funds), and financial planning and its recruitment plan based on its effective utilization.　

 We have centralized tenure track system since January 2015 and the center is in charge of bringing up all the newly recruited assistant professors and their evaluation　under the president’s leadership.
